Memories__

As i look above i see,
the trees make a canopy.
The sunlight peeps from in between,
I stand on my toes so as to grab some light
But nature tells me the truth of life,
I cannot get what i please.
The sunlight starts to dim away and disappear finally
Its now all cloudy and i feel raindrops on my forehead
Its making me nostalgic
I feel the sadness in the air
I cannot have what i longed for
I cannot have what i always loved.
I try to forget this pain
I try to forget that day
The day when things went wrong and took us away
As i walk,the pain begins to surpass
But then again,I get inside the car
As dad drives,i see trees flash by
They make me remember
That life passes within a glimpse
All the moments and memories go away like the wind.
But they also tell me
That life doesnt stop here
After the rain comes sunshine,
The aligned trees lead to a new road
New life.
I know i cannot forget the past
Neither will i try
But i know this much
That i have lot more to see
And i will hope you will also remember me
I've realized that we weren't meant to be.
So,lets keep each other in our hearts
But also seek a new story
And Remember,I will always see you in my glory.
